• Service details (date/time, plan, notes, photos you upload).
• Payment metadata returned by Stripe (we do not store your card details).
• WhatsApp messages you send to our official number.

How we use it

• To deliver, schedule and confirm your booking.
• To send service reminders and follow-up messages over WhatsApp/SMS.
• To process payments and issue receipts.
• To improve our services and resolve disputes.

Sharing

We share data only with our assigned staff for the job, and with Stripe for payments. We never sell your data.

Retention

Booking and payment records are kept for 7 years to meet Indian tax/accounting requirements. You may request deletion of optional data (photos, notes) anytime.
