Cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 4 hours before the scheduled slot — full refund.
• Cancellation within 4 hours — 50% refund.
• No-show or cancellation after the team arrives — no refund.

Subscriptions

You may pause or cancel a subscription anytime from WhatsApp. Unused, prepaid services will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Service guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the work, report within 24 hours of completion and we will re-perform the service free of charge, or refund the amount.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
