By booking a service with Chamkao, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment or explicit confirmation by our team on WhatsApp.

Service window

We arrive within a 60-minute window of your selected slot. Delays beyond this window entitle you to reschedule at no cost.

Customer responsibility

• Provide safe access to the premises and a working water/electricity point.
• Move valuables and fragile items before our team arrives.

Quality guarantee

If you are not satisfied, raise a complaint within 24 hours and we will re-do the job free of charge.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any damage caused by our team is capped at the value of the service performed, except in cases of gross negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in Beawar, Rajasthan.
